  • 6 cups rice chex cereal
  • 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup No Sugar Added SunButter
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup turbinado sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix spices (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, allspice) in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with SunButter and vanilla extract for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
  3. Pour rice chex into a large bowl; add the melted mixture and coat evenly.
  4. Combine spice mix with turbinado sugar; sprinkle over cereal mixture and mix well.
  5. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper to cool for about 4 hours before breaking into pieces.
