  • 13 to 16 ounces of pre-made pizza dough
  • 3/4 to 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Cooked turkey sausage or mini turkey pepperoni (8 ounces)
  • Black olives (sliced)
  • Sliced cooked chicken (chopped)
  • Mini Italian meatballs
  • Fresh basil or baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a mini skull baking tin with cooking spray.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough until about 1/4" thick and cut into rectangles.
  3. Lay each piece of dough into a skull cavity and fill with pizza sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and desired toppings.
  4. Fold the dough over the fillings and pinch to seal.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator while the oven heats up.
  6. Bake for 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for five minutes before unmolding.
