  • 10 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz package dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb dry large elbow pasta

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a baking dish.
  3. In a skillet, cook diced turkey bacon over medium-low heat until crispy; drain excess fat.
  4. Increase heat and sauté shredded chicken with ranch seasoning until well-coated. Remove from heat.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, then whisk in flour to form a paste. Gradually add heavy cream and half-and-half while whisking until thickened.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese along with half of the Mozzarella and cheddar until melted. Mix in pasta, chicken, and half the turkey bacon.
  7. Transfer mixture to the baking dish, top with remaining cheeses and turkey bacon. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
