  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and red pepper flakes until translucent.
