  • 1 small yellow onion (90g)
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 medium egg

  2. Squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel.
  3. Grate the onion and remove water as well.

  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add batter in portions and flatten lightly.
