  • 1 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Warm Milk
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased loaf or round cake pan.
  2. In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, spices, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time followed by pumpkin puree and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold gently.
  6. Stir in warm milk until well combined.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
