  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until well blended.
  2. Lay out double cling wrap on the counter. Sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar onto the wrap.
  3. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the center of the cheddar pile and cover it with remaining cheddar.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap to form a round shape and secure with rubber bands to create a pumpkin appearance.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
  6. Remove rubber bands and place a bell pepper stem on top for decoration.
