  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open each can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into four pieces.
  3. In a gallon-size resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, then add the cinnamon roll pieces. Seal and shake until coated.
  4. In a mixing bowl, stir together brown sugar and melted butter until combined.
  5. Layer the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle with the brown sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate and drizzle with reserved icing mixed with remaining spice.
