  • 1 cup clover honey
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp white distilled vinegar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend eggs, clover honey, baking soda, and vinegar until smooth. Gradually mix in all-purpose flour until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling on a rack.
  4. In another bowl, combine thawed Cool Whip with sour cream until smooth.
  5. Once cooled, cut cake layers as desired and layer with frosting in between each piece. Cover the top and sides with remaining frosting.
