  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or almond flour

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
