  • 12 oz turkey bacon (chopped)

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Chopped parsley (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Halve the spaghetti squash and scoop out the seeds. Place it flesh-side down on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 30-45 minutes until fork-tender.
