- 12 medium cocktail olives (with pimentos)
- 3 slices white bread (or 12 rice crackers)
- Boil eggs for 20 minutes, then cool in cold water before peeling.
- Slice eggs in half and remove yolks. Push yolks through a mesh strainer into a bowl.
- Mix powdered yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth; add color.
